Please note that once your order is ready for collection, a notification will be sent via text message. It is strongly encouraged that you visit Brandmode on these days to collect your order.
If you are calling Brandmode and the phone remains unanswered, please leave a message on the answering service or alternatively send your query to sales@brandmode.com.au. We envisage that replies will be made within the hour.
New Uniform Fittings and Purchases will be available after Brandmode reopens on the 3rd January 2024. Appointments will be necessary from this date.

COVID-19 Store Policy
As the Brandmode Team continues to welcome and serve new students for their new uniform fittings over our high-volume time, we would like to remind everyone of the steps we are taking to ensure we keep You and our Team safe:
- Face masks upon entry are preferred
- ONLY 1 student to be fitted & 1 parent/guardian is preferred per scheduled fitting appointment
- Please collect your order as soon as you have received a text message from Brandmode

*If you are feeling unwell prior to your appointment, or fifteen minutes late to an appointment we will require you to re-schedule another time to visit our Eastwood address.

Apart from the widest range of stock service sizes available, Brandmode has standard and tall lengths in some styles to ensure that all students are accommodated as best as possible for their uniform purchase.
If your child is not a stock service size, please visit Brandmode and take advantage of our special on-site Tailoring service for Made to Measure.
This service is only available to Brandmode's contracted school customers, and as determined by Brandmode.
