Why do I have to book for a uniform fitting appointment?

Your health and safety is our priority. Brandmode offers a personalised one-on-one uniform fitting service. To ensure we continue to provide quality service, Brandmode has initiated a uniform fitting appointment schedule as well as taken additional measures in-store to ensure everyone's health and safety.

*Please note availability for walk in appointments will be assessed based on the volume of persons within the store for safety and security reasons. This may lead to Brandmode requesting families to book a convenient time through the on-line appointment scheduling system at another convenient time.

All uniforms need to be purchased at time of fitting with Brandmode.

Any student who may require a 'specialised size fitting' for uniforms is encouraged to make an early appointment time in October to ensure uniforms are ready in time for collection before commencement of school in 2023.

What about if I arrive late to my appointment?

Please arrive no later than ten minutes of appointment time. If fifteen minutes has exceeded and you are not present for appointment, your appointment will be cancelled. You will be required to re-book another convenient time.

What happens if we miss the allocated uniform times relating to our surname?

Due to the high volume of students, Brandmode encourages that the dates be adhered to as best possible. These dates are to ensure Brandmode is able to allocate quality fitting time for each individual student. We encourage contacting the Brandmode Retail store as early as possible should you miss your allocated uniform time.

Why does Brandmode require uniform purchases to take place in November?

January is a very high-volume retail time in the school wear calendar month. It is not possible to estimate what depth of stock is required in each size and style as well as to accommodate the total volume of students in such a limited time. By purchasing uniforms early, you are given priority delivery of uniform items, including manufacturing those special sizing needs in time for Back to School.


What happens if we purchase uniforms during the fitting timeframes and my child has a growth spurt?

Brandmode to the best of its ability will suggest sizing to accommodate growth patterns as experienced with past students during uniform fitting appointments. With this in mind, Brandmode encourages that the uniform is again tried on two weeks before school starts in January 2023. Should a change of size be required, Brandmode encourages the student to visit the store prior to school commencing.


What method of payment do you accept?

Payment accepted by cash or credit cards (Visa or MasterCard). No layby, cheques, American Express or Dinners Card. All prices illustrated on our retail prices lists and on-line are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (gst).

Is it safe to purchase uniform online?
At all times brandmode practices safe e-commerce. To provide the most secure online payment on line we use PayPal, the web designed maximum security solution by DPS. They are certified with all major banks in Australia.

 


Can I return my online order?
To exchange an online purchase fill out the EXCHANGE FORM below and include it within the uniform items you are returning with a copy of the tax invoice. To return via post, please call Brandmode for an Authorisation Number to be noted on the parcel prior to sending. Once the goods are received and processed, we will coordinate a second despatch as instructed from one of our three collection / delivery options (i.e. collection from your on-site school uniform store or our Eastwood retail store address or by using Australia Post delivery service for an additional $10.00 charge).

 

*Please note for brandmode to be able to offer a size exchange, the goods must be returned within 7 days of purchase and must be in their original condition, unworn with all labels and packaging intact. We are unable to take responsibility for any loss or damage of goods in transit.

 

Delivery Service for On-Line purchases
All orders received prior to 12pm will be despatched within 24 hours except for weekends and public holidays. The rate applicable to your order will be the subsidised shipping rate of $10.00 including gst. Maximum shipment size for domestic parcels is 5kgs. Brandmode does not take responsibility for the loss or damage of items once they have left our warehouse. Alternative you may collect from the Eastwood address or your on-site school shop. Details of your preferred collection option can be indicated on completion of online purchase order.

What are my details used for?
As a valued brandmode customer, we respect your privacy and will not disclose your personal details unless ordered by a court, law or statute. Under no circumstances will your information be sold. To better understand our customer's needs we will review the information provided when you order, and any other feedback you provide to us. We will use this information to improve our processes and product range to give you the best service possible.

Care Instructions
All of our garments bear clear, easy-to-follow washing instructions. Always wash dark colours separately and choose a detergent, which does not contain bleaching agents. Do not bleach or soak in detergents containing optical brighteners. This not only helps protect the environment but also is kinder to your uniform items. Turn dark-coloured garments inside out before putting them into the washing machine as this will reduce wear to the outside of the garment. Garments should not be tumble-dried. It should be noted that tumble-drying increases wear and shrinkage to the garments. Garments should be dried inside out in shade, as the sun will cause fading.
